the room had a kitchenette with a kettle. tea and coffee were provided. i did find a 24/7 supermarket below the building. i liked the location close to the train and metro.

rusty machines bathroom door gap
The gym barely qualifies as such. I saw a couple of rusty machines there. also, the lack of proper instructions for the washing machine was a headache. I spent ages trying to figure it out. eventually, a staff member helped, but clear instructions would have saved me some time. the bathroom door also had a noticeable gap, resulting in water spilling all over the place after each shower. i reminded me of i was constantly mopping the floor.

I appreciated the gym facilities. The pool and hot tub were also very nice. The room was clean and unique. I found the location very convenient with nearby supermarkets and restaurants that are open 24 hours.
I felt the quality of the air in the room wasn't optimal. There was a slight smell of smoke.

The staff were attentive and polite. I was given a free upgrade to a suite! The reception staff provided sufficient information as per my requests, which I appreciated very much.

The breakfast had an excellent selection. I really enjoyed it!!! The panorama restaurant on Level L was excellent. I found the staff and chef very cooperative, it was a plus!!!

The gym has adequate equipment for a good workout. The hotel starts on level 10 (L), so it's high enough. I was not disturbed by the street noises. The pool and gym are adequate, but nothing special.

the beautiful studio was well-equipped with a small kitchen. the in-room washing machine was quite useful. a starbucks and a pharmacy were located conveniently downstairs.
